Colby S. Brownlee, DO

 

Dr. Colby Brownlee grew up in Andrews and was also the Andrews High School Valedictorian before attending Baylor University for his undergraduate degree.  He then received his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth.  He did a one year Transitional Internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth and then did his eye surgery training in Little Rock, Arkansas at the Jones Eye Institute, where he served as Chief Resident. He is now happy to be back home in West Texas doing complete eye exams as well as cataract, eyelid, cornea transplant, and glaucoma surgeries. Dr. Brownlee also regularly donates his surgical expertise internationally to help improve the vision of the indigent in Guatemala and Honduras.

Dr. Brownlee is also a proud husband and father of four.  He and his wife are active members at Mid-Cities Community Church, and he enjoys playing golf, fishing, camping, and coaching his kids soccer teams.
